Chase Scott is the Chief Operating Officer at Smart Choice Partners. Chase began working with the company as a result of the merger with Carriage Hill Insurance and Risk Management where he began working in 2014 and is responsible for financials, day-to-day operations, marketing, and compliance.

Chase is a 2014 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a BSBA in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He began his career with Carriage Hill as an intern during college and started full-time with the firm upon graduation.

Chase is actively involved in a variety of sporting programs throughout the community. As a board member of Cedar Bluff-Farragut Optimist (CBFO), he volunteers his time to facilitate youth sports in the Cedar Bluff and Farragut communities and is an active member of the basketball and football committees. Chase has also been an assistant football coach at Farragut High School since 2011 and also serves as the Director of Football Operations for the Admirals.
